Synopsis

In the picturesque lakeside town of Chelan, Washington, Gordon found three establishments—a hotel, a restaurant, and an ice cream parlor—grappling with hardship, suffering from dwindling patronage and a sense of isolation within the local community. He encouraged them to examine both their business practices and the connections they’d forged, imploring them to cultivate a warmer, more welcoming relationship with the town around them.
