Synopsis

Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander examine properties with discerning eyes before they reach the auction. Their current survey takes them to Lacock, a historic village in Wiltshire, where they inspect a contemporary terraced house that was once owned by the local authority. They also visit a terraced house in a South Wales village and a three-bedroom end-of-terrace property in the suburbs of Nottingham.
