Synopsis

Before the properties head to auction, Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander examine three homes with discerning eyes. Their visits include a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Lancashire, a former council terrace in Derby possessing a plot ripe for development, and a commercial space in Harrogate.
