Synopsis

In a Wimbledon flat, Martin finds himself well-cared for. At a property in Sunderland, Martel takes a liking to the resident. Meanwhile, Dion arrives in Doncaster and issues a sharp rebuke to a developer who has yet to inspect a recent auction acquisition.
