Synopsis

In Swansea, Martin accompanies a canine companion to view a three-bedroom semi-detached house. Meanwhile, Martel revisits a plot of land near Bolton in Lancashire, a property he first considered in 2019. Martel is also in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, inspecting a two-bedroom terraced house with an exceptionally modest guide price.
