Synopsis

A dilapidated Victorian terrace in Walthamstow, a plot of land in Bury, Greater Manchester, and a Victorian pub in the historic Welsh mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog are all offered for sale at auction. Martin, Dion, and Martel speak with the new owners, learning of their aspirations for these auction acquisitions. Yet, as time unfolds, it becomes evident that not all plans proceed as envisioned.
