Synopsis

In an episode paying tribute to *It's a Wonderful Life*, Doug, at his most despairing, stands on a bridge, contemplating a final plunge into the river. But instead, he receives a visit from Stephanie Del A Dean, a figure fondly remembered and dearly missed. She reveals to him a vision of the village had he never existed, illustrating the ripple effect of his presence. Ultimately, Doug is presented with a choice: to join his beloved girlfriend Bec in heaven, or to return to the life he knows.
