Synopsis

Frankie has a date with the plumber. The Owens mark Russ’s twenty-first birthday, though Sam is furious that Russ has included their father in the celebration. Zara is certain Jez possesses royal blood and resolves to take advantage of him. O.B. is cautious of Max's first impression upon his arrival, yet he’s longed for Tom’s company and desires to see him again.
