Synopsis

Piper faces a difficult decision: a summer spent as a camp counselor with her friends, or an opportunity to travel to Paris with her mother. Meanwhile, Robbie is presented with a significant career prospect, but Heather devises a scheme to persuade him to remain home for the season.
