Synopsis

Dom’s assignment, a challenging case at AAU, initially thrilled him. But the reality of treating a difficult patient – a patient whose return to the university complicated matters for Cara – soon soured his enthusiasm. The novelty of a complex problem faded, replaced by the frustration of navigating a difficult situation.
