General Burkhalter, with characteristic directness, formally requests the renowned Édouard Manet painting, "The Fife Player," from the Louvre in Paris, intending it as a birthday gift for Hermann Göring. Unfazed by the apparent difficulties of such a feat, Hogan and LeBeau resolve to reclaim it.
