Synopsis

Hogan and his team strive to persuade a visiting Inspector General that Colonel Klink is a callous and unfeeling disciplinarian, hoping to avert his reassignment to the Russian front. However, their efforts prove disastrous; instead of hindering the Colonel's career, they inadvertently secure him a promotion and a posting in Berlin.
