Synopsis

Ruthann had pledged to her cousin that the old house, once hers, would become a bed and breakfast. Now, however, she has systematically dismantled its beauty through neglect and an obsessive accumulation of cats and antiques. She attributes this decline to her daughter, who abandoned home to live with a boyfriend and raise their children.
