Synopsis

Jan refuses to acknowledge the extent of her hoarding. Her daughter often likens her to a venomous viper, poised to lash out if the subject of discarding anything is broached. Bebe had been nurtured in a world of servants and finishing schools, her husband providing her with every indulgence she desired. But the murder of her husband shattered Bebe’s privileged existence, and now her hoarding has spiraled into such an extreme state that she steals items even while in church.
