Synopsis

Constance and Jeri Jo both grapple with a peculiar kind of accumulation. One amasses food, driven by a compulsive need, while the other runs a business selling fresh eggs, plagued by the practical difficulties of handling unchilled poultry and restless hens. The root of this hoarding lies in loneliness; the woman, bound to a life of solitude by her husband’s imprisonment, finds solace in collecting, a tangible substitute for connection.
