Synopsis

He faces a series of fines after the shocking discovery of unsanitary conditions within his home: rooms saturated with cat waste and urine, overflowing with accumulated possessions – his own collections mingled with those of his late mother. Elsewhere, a woman’s hoarding has become so extensive that it has forced her husband to abandon the house altogether.
