Synopsis

Rika’s intentions are thwarted by the arrival of Teppei, who, reminiscent of the events in "Tatarigoroshi-hen," quickly begins to torment Satoko. Keiichi and the others resolve to find a means of rescuing her from his control, but the government proves unhelpful in their efforts.
