Synopsis

In the waning years of the Soviet Union, MacLeod made a pact with the enigmatic Drakov: non-combat in exchange for lives spared. Now, Drakov, reborn as Arthur Drake, pulls strings in the global arena, steering Eastern Europe toward chaos. Eli Jarmel, haunted by the destruction of his family at Drake's hands, implores MacLeod to break his vow. Meanwhile, reporter Beth Vaughn risks everything to expose both men, delving into the shadows of their intertwined destinies.
