Synopsis

Principal Wartz, concerned by what he perceived as excessive strictness towards the students, made the decision to resign. He then appointed Mr. Simmons as his successor. The newly promoted principal, eager for change, planned extensive reforms intended to foster a more liberal school environment. However, would the students of P.S. 118 embrace this shift in authority?
