Synopsis

He managed to arrange two dates: one with Ruth, the sixth-grader he admired, and another with his French penpal, Cecile (who was, in reality, Helga in disguise). But just as he’d hoped for a smooth progression, the real Cecile appeared, and Arnold began to see Ruth in a new light.
