Synopsis

With humanity’s demise looming, the President nears a decision to deploy nuclear weapons. But standing in his path is the eccentric scientist, Dr. Minami. He asserts he can halt the encroaching sphere without resorting to nuclear attack. Meanwhile, back in Center City, Joey and his companions infiltrate the Skrugg base, dividing themselves into two teams to create a diversion.
