Synopsis

In a Spanish mountain village, winter storms dismantle Mike’s livelihood. Across the sea, in Italy, gale-force winds relentlessly batter Andrew and Katja’s medieval palazzo. Meanwhile, in France, the weathered buildings and arduous bureaucracy weigh heavily on new village custodians Karen and Steve.
