Synopsis

Yuzuki often tunes into a popular late-night radio program. A significant portion of the letters shared on the show originate from a devoted listener known only as "Chi-chan." Chi-chan, whose given name is Chiriko, has developed an affection for the DJ, Joutarou, and his charming pronouncements. She forges a friendship with Kaname, another regular contributor to the program.
