Synopsis

While the uninfected seek refuge in a hidden bunker beneath the base, CDC personnel race to secure canisters containing both the virus and its antidote. Meanwhile, Ilaria assassins have captured Hatake, forcing him to make an impossible choice: the life of one of his children will be forfeit.
