Synopsis

Their reunion complete, the four sought refuge in a cave, discovering there a band of merchants and their guide. But the sanctuary was short-lived; Scorpion Snakes encircled them, and both Xie Lian and Uncle Zheng were stung. The sole antidote, the Shanyue Fern, lay within the Banyue kingdom.
