Synopsis

Driven by trickery, Heathcliff found himself pressed into service aboard a ship commanded by a man known as Grubs. There, against his will, he was tasked with catching mice. However, Heathcliff and the very creatures he was meant to capture proved adept at outwitting their captor, leading Grubs to frustration. Ultimately, unable to endure further deception, he ordered Heathcliff cast adrift on a plank into the sea.
