Synopsis

Following their mother’s passing, Amy and Lou Fleming navigate the complexities of life, their grief interwoven with the arrival of Ty Borden, a new ranch hand who comes to work and reside at Heartland. Their grandfather, Jack, also finds himself adjusting to this altered landscape.
