Synopsis

Billy Shem Jr., a young Vietnam veteran and skilled marksman, acquired a rifle under a fabricated guise and made his way to a bunker within Diamond Head. From there, he began firing at those traveling on the road, and later, at the police who responded to the scene. Captain McGarrett found himself compelled to neutralize the danger Shem posed, employing any necessary means.
