Synopsis

Bobby George, a singer still finding his footing, concocted a scheme: a staged kidnapping, a publicity stunt to propel his career. His carefully laid plans, however, unravelled quickly when his father offered a reward of half a million dollars for his safe return. Suddenly, Bobby's accomplices saw not an opportunity to help a friend, but a chance for personal gain, and resolved to betray him and claim the prize for themselves.
