Synopsis

A derelict yacht, found drifting aimlessly on the open ocean, becomes the scene of a perilous discovery for McGarrett, Danny, Tani, and Junior. Their investigation unleashes a lethal bioweapon, and the fate of the team rests on the remaining members of Five-0 securing an antidote within a tight eight-hour window.
