Synopsis

Joanie faced a choice between UCLA and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a decision weighing heavily on her future. Though UCLA was her preferred destination, Howard held a strong conviction that UWM was the better option, sweetening the deal with the promise of a new car.
