Synopsis

The courtroom buzzed with the unusual case of Fonzie versus Howard. It had begun with a blizzard, a deluge of snow that relentlessly piled upon the city. In Fonzie's apartment, the weight proved too much for a weakened roof, and a pigeon cage, precariously perched within, plummeted through the opening. Now, Fonzie sought damages, alleging the snow’s force directly caused the collapse. Howard, however, maintained the cage itself was the culprit, its presence destabilizing the structure.
