Synopsis

Joanie and Chachi returned to Milwaukee after a summer spent in Chicago. Joanie harbored a desire to relocate to the city, to be with Chachi and to further their musical aspirations. She shared her plans – which encompassed enrollment at Northwestern University – with Howard and Marion, but her intentions were met with resistance; Howard firmly refused to allow her to leave.
