Synopsis

Roger urged Flip to abstain from alcohol and the company of those who indulged. His pleas fell on deaf ears, and a tragic accident occurred when Flip and his companions inadvertently struck Heather with their vehicle. Elsewhere, Fonzie sought out barbers to fill the void left by a recent loss. Simultaneously, Jenny, K.C., Bobby, and Melvin shouldered the responsibility of decorating for the Winter Carnival.
