Synopsis

A visit was in the works. Dylan, with his small companion Penelope the hamster, was on his way. Oxnard, ever hopeful, anticipated Pepper’s arrival with a devotion that hadn't dimmed. And as the news spread, a flurry of clandestine preparations began amongst the hamsters themselves – a surprise party was being meticulously planned in her honor.
