I really thought after the first season we’d be done with "Halo" as a television show. To put it briefly, and without drawing things out, I found this to be awkward, overly progressive material disguised as science fiction—something that doesn't resemble the well-known game series at all, but merely tries to imitate it. The only positive aspect I can identify is the decent special effects. My recommendation would be, if you haven’t already, to watch the films instead. And definitely play the games; they are enjoyable and have a much stronger story than this show does.
