Synopsis

In the opening of three qualifying rounds, host Jonathan Bennett tasks teams of pumpkin carvers, cake decorators, and sugar artists with crafting eerie displays inspired by the darker side of familiar fairy tales. Judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeria determine which two teams progress to the next stage, and which team's reimagining of a classic story concludes.
