Synopsis

Driven by a desire to contribute and a deep concern for the wounded Sannen-san, Chizuru begins to integrate herself into the fabric of the Shinsengumi. She secures permission to accompany the regular patrols beyond headquarters, continuing her search for her father. Pursuing a promising lead, she inadvertently stumbles into the path of the Shinsengumi's adversaries. The ensuing conflict reveals a plot by the Choushuu to destabilize Kyoto and the Imperial court.
