Synopsis

Following his devastating defeat, Heisuke consumed Ochimizu and transformed into a Rasetsu. An assassination attempt left Captain Kondou gravely wounded. Driven by vengeance for Kondou, Okita drank the Ochimizu Kaoru had given him, also becoming a Rasetsu. Kaoru then appeared, revealing that the potion would not cure his tuberculosis and explaining the source of his hatred for Chizuru.
