On the precipice of destitution, Jang Tae-sang accepts a commission: to locate a missing individual. Unbeknownst to him, however, he is being followed by two shadowy figures. Beneath the surface, darker dealings are taking place.

Yoon Chae-ok and Yoon Jung-won discover a clue pointing towards Myeong-ja, which leads them to a hospital. There, a sudden disaster confines them within its walls, causing Tae-sang considerable worry.

Tae-sang resolved to return to the hospital, only to find Ryu Sachimoto in the vicinity. Inside, Chae-ok and Jung-won plotted a daring rescue.

Following a string of brutal deaths, Ishikawa discovers Myeong-ja in her altered condition. Meanwhile, Tae-sang shares a gentle moment with Chae-ok, oblivious to the scheme she harbors.

To save Chae-ok and halt the unfolding horror, Tae-sang and Jung-won devise a strategy. Yet, as the path ahead appears clear, Yukiko Maeda emerges as an unexpected obstacle.
