Synopsis

The competition began with a taste of home. Judges presented samples – ingredients meant to inspire a reimagining of cherished family meals. The grandmothers, in turn, showcased resourcefulness, transforming simple breakfasts into budget-friendly feasts, with a little assistance from Guy Fieri's mother. Finally, the last two contestants faced a culinary challenge: a family recipe cook-off demanding ingenuity with three unusual components sourced from the Fieri Food Pyramid.
