Synopsis

In Texas, as the quick-witted killer Charlie Hacker makes his escape from Matt, the latter pursues him relentlessly, crossing the border into Mexico without the necessary paperwork. There, Matt finds himself navigating a landscape of corruption and untrustworthy officials.
