Synopsis

Matt pulled Trudy Trent from the bleak confines of a life steeped in poverty, shadowed by her father's alcoholism and unsettling affections. Yet, he soon discovers the truth of a harsh adage: a woman's resentment, once awakened, can be a formidable thing, especially when fueled by rejection. He finds himself facing the consequences of dismissing Trudy’s desperate, misplaced affections.
