Synopsis

Wayne Russell, Kitty's father, appeared in Dodge, seeking out his daughter after a long absence. He had left her and her mother as an infant. He declared that the life of a saloon was unsuitable for a woman of refinement and intended to escort Kitty back to New Orleans. There, he planned to indulge her and invest her savings in his freighting enterprise.
