Synopsis

A profound quiet descended, and Gülcemal was enveloped in its stillness. It was a silence so heavy, so complete, that many believed it heralded the city’s abandonment. Deva, however, sought refuge in her grandfather's village home, disappearing into the familiar comfort of her father and brother.
