Synopsis

Sloan arrives at Mark’s apartment just as labor begins, finding Teddy, Mark, and Callie and Arizona, still navigating their own conflicts, ready to assist with the birth and to support Mark through the impending adoption of his grandson. Simultaneously, Teddy perceives Derek’s invitation to the esteemed cardiothoracic surgeon Tom Evans as a potential obstacle to her career at the hospital. The team also attends to a crab boat captain who has been fatally wounded by a massive shark hook.
