Synopsis

The arrival of Alex’s younger brother, Aaron, at Seattle Grace-Mercy West with a hernia immediately placed Alex in a difficult position. He now had to secure Dr. Bailey’s approval for Aaron’s surgery, which would be performed without charge. The situation deepened when Aaron revealed that their family hadn't received word from Alex since his arrival in Seattle, prompting the unveiling of long-held secrets from Alex's past to his friends and colleagues.
