Synopsis

Now in their first year as residents, Meredith Grey, Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, and Alex Karev find themselves with interns of their own to guide. This season introduces several new faces, including George, who must repeat his internship after failing his exams, and Lexie Grey, Meredith's half-sister.
