Synopsis

The interns face their first-year medical exams, the most significant challenge yet in their burgeoning careers. For one of them, however, preparation has fallen short. Callie’s unease regarding George and Izzie deepens. The doctors attend to a patient named Dale, and later, three mountain climbers requiring urgent care. Cristina focuses intently on her wedding vows. Meanwhile, Adele asks Addison to conceal something from Richard.
