Synopsis

Meredith learns that Derek is struggling with sleeplessness as her father arrives for a hospital visit. George’s father is being transferred between surgeries. A new patient, Heather, a seventeen-year-old, checks in, her sharp demeanor a consequence of her medical battles and numerous operations. Izzie experiences an emotional collapse while attempting to entrust something of great significance. George's family gathers to celebrate his father’s successful surgery. Meanwhile, Cristina and Burke f
